When it is under water, put your finger about an inch in front of it. It will feel like it is going to cut off your finger. They are really painful. The ultra sonic beam is pretty much directed straight out from the ceramic disc and all other areas are fine. I can't say how a fish would experience it though. You can contain the unit in a glass dish that is kept even with the surface of the water.
Which part of the Philippines are you from? Is Boracay really worth the expense, or would it just be better to visit the rest of the islands?

All i can say is plan your series of trip because theres alot of places here to go to......So anybody here have experience on putting a mister/fogger with thier fishes??
