Mitubishi 3000 spell checkola

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
the non turbo ones arent anything special to drive at all, but they are good looking. The twin turbo version is really fun to drive but is just as bad as a 300zx when it comes to reliability, costs, and difficulty to work on. They had alot of options and even all wheel steering, but on an older car thats just more stuff to fix.

Look around for dodge stealths too since they are the same thing. I almost got a white TT stealth a few years ago but opted against it because of all the costs involved with an older TT car.

a buddy of mine had a twin turbo while back, the car it self is pretty nice to drive, but preventative maintenance is PAIN! But if you can pull the intake manifold off every time you need the change the other three hidden spark plugs....have fun.

Pretty much this. My buddy had a VR4. It was a beast off the line, but it felt like sitting inside a tank.

I have a non turbo stealth with 3000gt body parts and I love it. They are heavy cars but from my driving have found it to be very well balanced and really sticks in corners. I love the inside of mine all the gages face right at you and has a good feel. The downfalls are parts usually on the costly side unless you can find a parts car, some have poor valve stem seals and burn a little oil (mine does), and make sure if you get one the 100,000 mile service has been don it is quite expensive to do. It has 4 seats but the back is extremely small.

as she sits now except the 17" sportmax wheels i just put on it

WHat about some of the eclipse, like this one, instead of making a thread on them I can keep them with the other Mitsubishis .............give me the ins and outs of these,I see they got a 6cyl and a 4. Are they hard to work on or as expensive as the 300z?http://www.cars.com/go/search/detail.jsp?tracktype=usedcc&csDlId=&csDgId=&listingId=32905173&listingRecNum=42&criteria=sf1Dir%3DASC%26alMdId%3D21037%26mkId%3D20030%26stkTyp%3DU%26mdId%3D21037%26rd%3D500%26crSrtFlds%3DstkTypId-feedSegId-mkId-mdId%26zc%3D93313%26rn%3D0%26PMmt%3D1-1-0%26stkTypId%3D28881%26sf1Nm%3Dprice%26alMkId%3D20030%26rpp%3D50%26feedSegId%3D28705&aff=national

Well the first and second gens with the 4g63 is on of the most inexpensive upgradeable platform. The problem there is finding a decent car to start with also the most occurring problem with that motor is crank walk and they are notorious for breaking down. Go check out dsm forum there is allot of info on there.
