first of all dont jump down my throught about hybridizing corys. let me explain. I have a home made tank that is the same dimmensions as a 180 but its not as tall, so its just less than 170gallons. I have a large mixed group of corys. there are 9 F0 lecuomela, 1 albino, 1 panda, 1 orange, 2 sterbae, 6 green and i think 3 of another spotted kind i cant remember. the tank has been up and running for quite some time but still i havent seen any spawning in the tank from them whatsoever. i may have some other ocupants eating any eggs that are there before i can see them but i cant be sure. Im just curious because ive seen my angels spawn, my kribs have, and two male bristlenoses are fanning constantly. should i do a big water change and drop the temp a few to see if that helps, or is such a oddball group the reason for no eggs?
