Mixing a Silver with an Asian?

Hi guys, I haven't posted for a while. But I was looking for some advice. Does anyone have any experience of mixing a Silver with a Asian.. They will both be around the 2 foot mark, both fish have also been in large community tanks up until now.

Any advice is welcomed.

If space is enough and they're not agressive, I see no problem.....
 
Thanks for that, at the moment they will be in a 210, but they will be in the new 450 gallon within a month. Ideally I would like to wait, but this new one needs a home quickly.

why not? the tank will be a 450g.. that's quite big enough for me.. you could even throw in some more.. lol
 
Hi guys and girls of course, My green arrived today. And so far so good. At the moment they are in the 210 gallon, until the 450 is ready. They seem to be quite tolerant at the moment, but it is early days, and I am touching wood. I am going to get my camera later, so I am aiming to post another thread and show you the 2 of them.
 
hey bro, not trying to thread jack but i have a similar question. Can i mix a silver with an african aro? They all juvies. African aro 5-6 inches and the silver is 7-8 inches.
