Mixing angelfish with Inpaichthys kerri or Nematobrycon palmeri?

fully grown normaly yes. But I would not try to add them to fully grown altums.

I'm keeping scalare. Altums are too rich for my blood.

I kept N. palmeri with angelfish some years ago. The angels were small when introduced to the tank and the emperor tetras were there first. The tank measured 160 x 60x 60 cm. The tetras were not eaten and didn’t bother the angelfish, but after a year or so some males became extremely territorial and aggressive towards other tetras and Otocinclus. I guess some fin nipping could occur in a smaller tank.
