not among other africans. Africans will still kill africans regardless of who else may be in the tank.

You should be okay as long as no females are added. Christyi and Dhonti are not typical african cichlids when it comes to aggresion. They are usually much worse than mbuna..And even still they get really crazy when breeding.

None at all. It will work great, i have similar setups myself. The Americans and Africans will ignore each other as the Americans outgrow everyone else.
