While I'm mostly a hap and peacock guy, I've picked up some interesting groups of mbuna here and there. I have the following groups growing out:

-Metriclima aurora "Likoma" - 3"
-Tropheops elongatus Broadzulu - 2.5"-3"
-Ps. demasoni - 2.5"
-Ps. saulosi - 2"
-Ps. sp. Acei Whitetail - 2"-3"
-Labeotropheus trewavasae - 2.5"

Right now, they're spread all over in different tanks, but was thinking of moving them around. They're far from grown up, but mbuna seem to start breeding early. Which of these would you be concerned about hybridizing?

I'm thinking that mixing any of the three Pseudotropheus would be bad as they're all sort of blue with barring. The aurora as well? Will the Tropheops interbreed with these other guys?

They'll most likely end up mixed into some of my 40s or 50s.

Thanks in advance.

As already stated.Any will hybridize.I do think you have a decent mix though.Demasoni and Saulosi males do look alike so i reckon they will be alot of bickering there. How many Demasoni you got?As they do batter each other. So either single specimens or large groups do better
