mixing knives...

i wanna mix my BGK and CK in one tank. will it work? cause as far as i can tell CKs dont give off the electric things...

i ended up with just a BGK in my tank(never tried clown). this was after i had as many as 9 knives...........i vote against

I'm not a big fan of mixing Knives, but the fact that CKs do not have electrical sensors like BGKs can make them okay. Just be aware that the CKs grow a lot quicker than BGKs. And CKs don't discriminate what can fit in their mouths.

my Ck does not tolerate electric fish, i tried an elephantnose more than half its length and it grabbed it by the neck and ripped chunks out, by the time i noticed it was too late, but its was fine with a 3 inch butterflyfish when it was 12" long.

CK will definitely mess up your BGK. Dont chance it. It will only be a matter of time.
