Mixing natives with goldfish/koi

Would it be possible to introduce natives such as blue gill or lm bass to my pond, if they are the same size of my commons and koi?

Yes, it would be possible. Make sure you quarantine fish before adding them to the pond. Don't expect many small fish to survive with the large mouth bass.

That's what I was worried about, what about some native channel cats or sand bass?

I have bluegill, sunfish, tilapia and bullhead catfish in with my koi and goldfish and none of them act aggressive towards each other. As long as you are putting them in something with decent space, you will be fine.
