Mixing plecs?

I currently have a 3inch L200 green phantom in my 100g south american cichlid community and at the moment everything is fine. I would like to add an L204 flash plec - would this work out?

Yes, as long as there is enough wood work for the L204 to graze on and hide in. I have 2 L204 in with my L200 hemi and they are all doing fine.
