Hi guys im new here and tried the search and came out with nothing useful. (too much threads to go thru 1 by 1).

Not being lazy just dont have the time so forgive me if this has been addressed over and over again.:help2:

Currently having a 180 gallon outdoor tank with 2 koi's 4"(water tester), 2 RTC 4" and 2 TCN 4".

I want to get the hybrid however its bigger in size probably a 10". Will they live in harmony or will the hybrid show them who's the boss?(definitely not Tony Danza).

Another question but out of topic; my RTC are eating dead prawns now but my TSN are not interested at all. Anything i can do to coax them to eat the prawns as well? Both are not interested in eating sinking pellets.

Thanx in advance for any tips and advice.

Definitely love the catfish forum:drool: and thanx for convincing me (unintentionally) to fork out the money to get a pond setup for catfishes.:headbang2

I would go for it.

About the food, seriously try to get them used to pellets...if they're healthy, nothing like a fasting period to make them go for it....

Check Necrocranis's threads. You'll learn a lot there, about the catsfish you like.

I seriously dont know if they are 100% healthy coz they always hide from me, even feeding only after they cant see me.

u should wait befor u put him in with the smaller fish and when they are about 9" and he is 10" put them in a 3" smaller min u dont want 2 loss them for lunch

I dont really understand the 3" smaller min.

So far its 50-50 split. Pls feel free to chip in, im going to go with the majority.:D

theyre healthy, its just theyre still young. every cat warms up to you at different phases in its life.
