What are the chances of me being able to mix my asian forest scorpion with a emperor scorpion? they look pretty similar although the asian scorpion is a little more feisty. climates a problem??

Thanks

Dom an Asian scorpion is from Asia (lol) and Emporers are from Africa...so yes they have different requirements. Plus its hard enough to mix same species without fighting/injuries..so I would say these two aren't going to get along, not a good idea mate :)

I would pick one or the other. If you are going to have more then one make sure that you have the same species. We have two emperors in a 10 gallon terrarium with live plants. They seem to be getting along but if you get more then one scorpion make sure that you have more then one hide for them.

Yeah i been looking for more of the same sp but with no prevail! Maybe just convert into a community of emps. :D Mind you they seem to dwell with the same humidity requirements so i cant see them being that off in keeping requirements. who knows! cheers

never mind the type, any communal scorpion may always devour a molting tankmate ,specially on juvy stage, keep them well fed, monitor them well specially when they are about to molt,
