I am sure this has been covered before but i don't have time to go through and search for it, so my question is i have 2 female 11" motoro rays and a 12" silver arro. Am i too late to try and mix a second arro in with my other one? I currently have them in a 125 gallon tank but i think i will have my 396 gallon tank in the house from the garage in the next couple of weeks. Should i wait until i get it up and running to try?

I would wait till you get it running before you try. and make sure to put both arowanas in at the same time, but after the stingrays

As long as they are "similar" size (not necessary to be exact), I would say go for it! I have done it before with great success for years. However, I might add, with my experience, it is still kind of a crap shoot how they will get along. They might get along perfectly, or not at all. But, IMO none of this hinges on when or where you introduce them. 125 gl, with only two stingrays and two 12" arowanas (assuming thats all thats in there) should be fine for now. On the other hand, if your going to have that big tank in a week, maybe you should introduce them together into that. But I still say, your okay to do it now if you need to buy now.

I feel that bigger aros ain't as hard as to com with each one another compared to the smaller one.

agree

Sounds like you have two weeks LOL... But when it comes to questions like this i believe the answer is already known .... We just don't want the answer we give ourselves...

Cause my thought is that you have done some research..
