Is there any problems with mixing Temensis that have been raised in different 55g growouts.
I have 2 older bass that have lived alone with a TSN and some plecs in a 55g and another group of 8 Tems that I want to combine for a week.
They two groups are very similar in size but should I worry about aggression or will it be dispersed due to numbers.
They are all between 15-20cm and will stay mixed for about a week before being split or getting their own tank.
I want to turn one of my three 55g tanks into a sump for my 500g and eventually run two 55g tanks connected as sumps on the 500g together with a canister.

i think youll be right due to the simillar size and overall numbers.. do it and take some pics ;)

Great! Thanks for your advice and support, I am stressing enough about the 500g tank being delivered and re-arranging my growout tanks and their stock, that I don't won't to make a stupid mistake.
I just love my Tems and really don't won't anyting to happen to them.
It's only a temporary measure anyway I was going to put them in a big black plastic tub (140L) but was worried they wouldn't feed.
I feed them twice daily and will post pics ASAP.

sweet looking forward to the pics Ramesh.. and if you ever reconsider on sending me the lone Tem im still up for it ;)

It's just the distance to the airport that's the problem mate.
I had a guy drive from N.S.W a few weeks back for my smaller but spanking pair of breeding Dovii.

How longs the drive?
If you still have one after the 1st of april i may consider the drive, i get my licence back then.

It will be fine mate.

Shouldn't have any dramas at all.

I'll post pics when they're all in together.
SD the drive depends on from where in NSW your're coming from?
From the border it is 3.5hrs to my house.
