mixing these fish is ok?

I have 4 severums in my tank. I was wondering if I can mix them with discus? Is that a good idea or bad? Lmk what you guys think

I thought severums have a mellow temperment. Although they are cichlids, so are discus right? Cause Angelfish are cichlids if i am correct and discus and angels look similar...maybe Im completely wrong. But Im going to say yes
