I have kept both channa blehri and channa gaucha with polypterus with no issue. Both the dwarf and rainbow snakeheads are very non aggressive imo.

Most definitely not!
Channa Bleheri are sub tropical, and Polypterus tropical.

I kept my Bleheri in their optimal conditions, at 19c, this is how they should be kept.
Keeping them in tropical temps for more than a couple of summer months is commonly known to bring on columnaris, which will then spread onto other fish in the tank.

Next you need to remember Channa are STRICTLY non community fish, and do best in species only tanks.

Here is my old female:

I can guarantee you won't get a Bleheri anywhere near as nice as this kept in NON CHANNA conditions.
You will end up with a stressed, and likely sick Channa. (Or Polypterus if you decide to go sub-tropical)
