What a game! Am I the only crazy SOB that stayed up until 1:00 to watch a 4:50 minute, 15 inning game? Congrats to JD Drew for winning MVP.

I have to say this game was one of the most amazing all around pitching preformances that I have EVER seen. Closers that only train and condition to pitch 1 inning were pitching three to perfection! Some of the best hitters in the world were caught looking at great pitches time after time by many different pitchers.

I also have to say that this game should have been over in the 11th inning with the AL winning. The umps botched two calls, one at 2nd base and one at home plate, were both AL runners should have been called safe. The play at the plate would have ended the game in the bottom of the 11th...

glad it was not 1;00 for me to watch,lol,either way,how is it that those bad calls dont get watched and then called back.It makes me not want to watch and then the guy gets bs stats.Please tell me because I will stop watching this crap if thats just how it is,lol.Crazy game though.

pap's? Who are you talking about? Papelbon? The only reason a run even scored in the 8th, the inning Papelbon pitched, was because of the only 2 hits of the inning, 2 bunts down the 1st base line and 2 stolen bases....

I guess you could be talking about JD's catch near the warning track of a pop fly why Papelbon was pitching, but still, it wasn't that close to a homer....

MLB is strongly looking at instant replay for home runs only. Bad calls are part of the game, nothing will be done about it. We see thing 3x in super slow motion, these guy have 1 crack at it. Errors will happen
