Since I obtained this moke it's been hiding a lot and I couldn't take any pics of it. It the first time it showed itself and I was only able to take a few shots. Most of the pics were all blurry and it's the only one clear shot that I was able to get. After taking this pic it hid back to the floating plant roots again. No wonder why this species of bichirs is the hardest to find in the wild as it's a master of hiding. Even in my 75g tank I barely seen this bichir. Gotta get more of this.

I love the mokes, unfortunately i couldnt get one so far... Cant tell if i like em better then retropinnis though...

lookin good! a lot thicker than it was before.

Looks like the contrast is very nice and a nice green head.

Cut up smelt and prawn. Also higher the temp to 86F so the metabolism gets faster and its get hungry everytime. They are not really an active fish that's the reason why the temp must be higher so they become active when they get hungry. If the temp is around 84F or lower they become less active and eat less, thus the growth rate also is also slow.
