I have just set up a new viv. It has a bamboo stream in it, and today I noticed blue-wite mold IN the running stream. This is a show tank, how can I get rid of the mold without risking the health of my future dart frogs, and plants?
the bedding seems mold free at the moment. I have new tub ready, and i plan to use springtails to keeo the mold down. But mold in the water...didn't plan for that.
What is the ventilation like? If it is completly sealed, you might want to drill some holes in the top. If you drill them twards the front, your front glasss won't fog up. I seen you mentioned spring tails... I don't know what those are, but I have used rollie pollie bugs to eat mold and clean up ion my damp spider/frog tanks.
