I have had my driftwood in my tank for probably two weeks now. I found it dry at a local creek. I kept it in my pool over night and figured the chemicals would clean it. After that I powerwashed it. Would a pleco eat the moldy stuff or do I need to remove it?

Some plecos will eat it. It's not harmful and will go away in time. I scraped mine off every few days until it stopped coming back in quantity.

I'd be more worried about the chlorine from your pool leaching back out. But it's been two weeks, so it must be fine.
