Yesterday i saw my black molly with some white stuff on her left fin and right side of face and this morning on the mouth to.. using cam on phone.. so pics aren't that great. I put her in the breeder because i wasn't sure what it was first i thought ich.. but i thats not it, if its fungus is it contagious? And when i put the breeder in this morning i see small white worms all over it..

That's not fungus. It's columnaris. What are your pH, KH and GH? What about ammonia, nitrite and nitrate? At this point, I'd isolate the fish and dose salt to prevent bacteria from latching on the area further. Three teaspoons per gallon will do it but mollies are very tolerant to it anyway to the point of full marine that I don't think there is any problem even moving to brackish environment where bacterial issues are less likely to occur as a result.

Anyway, for treatment, I'd add a teaspoon per gallon every 12 hours until you reach three teaspoons per gallon total. Do you have access to Maracyn and Maracyn 2 just in case?
