Molly Whirling Disease?

I have a marble mollie that is about a year old already and started swimming back wards in circles at the bottom of the tank. He has never done it before and no new fish have been introduced to the tank. I’ve looked into it and he shows symptoms discribing whirling disease. My first question is, is there a cure?
Would the rest of my fish run risk of getting infected?

I’d also need to add that I was observing him and he is missing an eye as well. What can be done or can someone tell me at least what is happening to him?

Whirling disease can be due to an infection. Would dose with some prazipro and make sure ur water is pristine.
