i'll breed anything i can breed n feed to my piranha, as long as i can do it in a 10 gallon tank and its semi easy to do, and the fry grow kina fast. . . . .

You could use 1.25" cons. They'll still breed at that age. Then when they get beyond 2.5-3" ish sell them and buy a smaller pair.

are the fry fast growing? or will it take a while? and about how long would it take them to breed?

I've breed Mollies and Swordtails in a 5 1/2. A lot of live plants both floaters and planted. I used 1 male and 2 female w/ the swords, and before that I had 2 male black mollies w/ 3 females. I used the fry for Trigger and Oscar food. IMM I think the swords are better. The females are larger giving up more fry. However I did use a bare 20L as my grow out w/ water changes of about 20-25% every other day. I would suggest if you don't have a growout tank to still be diligent w/ the water changes.

Con fry are fairly fast growing compared to livebearers. My current batch are about .3-.4" and roughly 3-4 weeks old. But they've only been feeding off bacteria in the tank and from the dad blowing out flakes to them.
