I have mollies, I cant get them to stop breeding! most mollies will breed if there is simply a male and a female. I currently have "sail-fin" mollies. They are cool to watch, and have live birth, but will eat their own babies so you have to watch carefully and remove them asap!! good luck! 
If you have alot of room sailfins will breed worse 'n mice. they get 4"+ so the largest species of mollies. but ime every molly type breeds readily and heavily.
liberty or sailfins are your best bet if you want large quantities of fry per birth (that make sense?) your average molly can have 30-40 babies, liberty and sailfins can probably get close to 80-90 at once. they get 4-5" and ive seen pond raised mollies no lie reach that very easy.
