Mono behaving weird

So i walked into my fish room today to find my mono all flaring at....nothing....he would just swim around flared out for long durations of time and his breeding tube is out too...do u agree when you look at the pics? any feedback is great. Also hers a video of him flaring. And also my orino had her tube out a little too.

does not appear to be to far out the tube i mean just getting mature ..I would say the behavior is a little strange i have not had a fish do this with no other fish he is going after ...
 
It's the right behaviour. And as for his tube yes it's projecting but not fully extended. After watching the video he seems to be struting his dominence for top Cichla of the tank.

Well there you go HCR has a breeding pair of Mono so he knows:naughty:
 
How many cichla are in this tank? I only see 2. And he looks a little young so I am pretty sure it is just going through the motions.

There are 4 cichlas, 1 female and 3 males. He's about 1 1/2 years old or more and ino he's small for that age but he was the runt of the group.

Oh okay but my tem is the most dominant one usually and today he didn't contest the mono
