mono or oscel?

In the fish section LOL
My p bass has some white dots on his 2end dorsal fin as i would call it does this mean he could be an ocel?

most have spots, post a pic.
 
I have found 1 easy way to make a partial ID is that the spot on an ocel's tail is off center and higher up that the lateral line of the fish. Where as monos seem to have a lateral line that runs smack in the middle of the tail spot in the exact middle of their tail.

I am not sure if this is a fool proof method but it might help:D
