my lfs has fully converted mono's will they be ok

Will they be okay doing what? Going into a saltwater tank? Well if they've been converted to saltwater, yes. Going into a freshwater tank? No. Brackish? Might last a little longer, but still no. The SGs have to be pretty identical.

ok the ill go back to the lfs and ask the specific gravity. they've only been converted a few days

If converted really recent like this I would wait if possible. Maybe put a hold on what you want for a few days to make sure they stay healthy.

I would ask how they were converted. The best way to do it is by increasing SG 0.002 per month. Any faster, and they could be seriously stressed.

+1 That was my reason for putting a hold on them to make sure they live.
