mono spitting out food

so all other fish in tank eat fine (archers, dragon gobies, green chromide) and my mono used to devour the food (same type of food) but lately he has not been eating and recently he is trying to eat but spitting the food out.
tank at 1.005sg and has been for 4 years, hes been fine until last 3 days or so. No visible changes to him though.






Any ideas as to why this is?

Prazipro, could be parasites. What does his feces look like?

he just got spoiled lol, didn't eat any processed food but gobbled up Mysis shrimp.
