Just wondering how long your adult bass went off food after being moved? Had mine 3 plud weeks now and the 20 odd inch male has eaten about 10 white bait and nothing like you see bass hit food. The female has eaten even less. There with a male motoro that would eat until it exploded. Ph is 7.2 ammonia 0 nitrite 0 ive kept nitrates under 10ppm the whole time tds is currently 120ppm slowly getting closer to source water of 40ppm. First time owning bass always thought they would be eating machines.

Might not like what you are feeding them. Try pellets or shrimp, three weeks not that long for that size bass. And they are eating.
I bet they are just still setling in.

Males 20-21" and female 13-14" they came from a large school of bass could it be the lack of other bass? I notice you guys all keep them in groups.

Might be.

I would agree perhaps they still settling in. try to mix the food up to see wat they prefer or wat they used to, also some fish are used to they’re owners and a change can throw them off as well as a change of home.

Add more bass = competition for food

Ill try and track down more company i think, might lessen the aggression towards my ray too. They might not eat but they sure do breed. Second spawn in 3 weeks. 20180303_141544.jpg

I don’t have any experience Breeding bass but I wouldn’t add any more fish in there if there is spawning going on. I would think that would be a recipe for disaster. Fish get very teratorial during spawning and it would be fight club in your tank.
