monosodium phosphate in fish pellets?

Hi,

I have seen monosodium phosphate in a few pellet formulas, particularly in Southern Delight mixes. Anyone have an idea if this is a good or bad ingredient? It does not sound too natural, and SD sometimes has it high on their ingredient list. Any thoughts on this ingredient??

It's a common emulsifier and not particularly evil. You put it in your mouth a couple three times a day when you brush your teeth and you'll find it in some foods intended for human consumption IIRC.
