Which of the Bichirs grow biggest and which exceed 13 inches?

Their is still a debate between polypterus endlicheri congicus, Polypterus ansorgii and Polypterus bichir bichir.

So far the biggest record right now is Polypterus endlicheri congicus at 39"+

all you have to know is every species except senegal gets 13 inches and above,although many of the smaller such as delhezi,palmas sp. tend to get smaller in captivity.

which palmas?
lapradei typically 18"..but can get bigger.biggest ive seen was around 20".
weeksii supposedly get to 20" i think...only seen 16" biggest.
delhezi supposed to get to 14" and i have seen them at that size.

LAPRADEI:about 60CM
WIIKSII:baout 50CM
DELHEZI:about 35CM
