monster endli- my congicus

this is the 5" endli congicus i got in sept for the endli comp but it grew too fast to fit the requirements. 9 weeks later it's nearly as wide as 12" net! that's nearly 7" in 9 weeks. gonna be a monster.

yes, very nice and fast!

what are you feeding and how often do you do water changes? at what percentage?

feed him prawns. eyesight's pretty rubbish so unless you drop them within an inch or two he struggles to find them. In my 200g i do 40% one week 20% week after.

those things get so big, and are an awesome sight. they are the biggest poly arent they? there are some pics of adult ones on here, and it looks like something from godzilla

Davo, I beleive P. bichir bichir is the largest growing poly.

Yes, any large sized adult polys (all species)... look like they came straight out of a Godzilla movie. Totally prehistoric and jurassic. actually one of the reasons why I'm drawn to them so much!!
