Yup. When I was a kid my dad had a big red devil and me being young and stupid put my finger in the tank taunting him. Well he got even just a little scratch but scared me lol

You guys are talking about midas bites? Boo hoo. I'm sure bites from some of the toothy characins and such would be more damaging

I had my hand resting on the canopy with the glass lid below open and my 27" silver aro jumped the 6" and bit my hand. Drew blood but startled me more than anything.
