Also known as the Pike Killi. I have seen, and posted myself in the past looking for good predator fish for smaller to medium sized tanks and I think this fish has to be one of the ultimate. I stumbled upon this species at a local shop and having never seen it before I took them all. They are funky, they are aggressive eaters and prolific live bearers. Ill post up a video later of mine eating, although it will just be frozen mysis shrimp. They will and do go after smaller fish, I have lost a few lemon tetras and smaller rainbows to these guys already, which I am okay with. I plan on keeping larger rainbows with them and some cory cats that can defend themselves. But if you have never heard of these, and looking for smaller predator firsh (they stay under 6") consider looking for some.

Jeez it’s like a pike and a guppy spawned

Very cool. Looking forward to seeing the vid. Never heard of them

Very cool. They pop up on aquabid from time to time. Haven’t heard of them being trained to take pellets or flakes yet though. Pics!!
