I'm down in Medicine hat, AB. visiting family thinking that this will be a "dry" christmas for me when everybody decides that their going shopping.
Well I just so happened to know of a good LFS here and decided to see what I could see.
These are the following things that I saw:
2 Red tail cats 4"
1 8" pim unknown sp.
1 12" clarias bantrachus (mottled black/white/l.brown & d.brown).
8 black pacu the smallest was 24" the largest at least 30"
2 Red pacu @ 8" each.
1 24" channel cat (black)
1 Sorubim lima @ 10"
1 african lungfish @ 12"
Now I realize the most of you either have seen or own some of these,
But for some one from Saskatoon Sk. these are a real treat as we do not get most of these fish.
I will however admit to have been the proud caregiver for a 12" clarias, their worth the time space if you have it.
Let me know of any monster sitings in you area.
