Hey guys,
for those of you guys who notice me on the forum, u know that i have had my jardini as my avatar since day one. i had him since he was only 4" long, he is my pride and joy. i have tried to make my comm tank work w/my jar, but i'm sad to say that it simply does not work

my jar just wouldn't tolerate any of my cichlids at all. he'll charge at the sight of 'em...torn fins is not even an issue anymore, i worry about missing fins!!! i love my cichlids and i wish they could live peacefully together, but i guess it's not gonna happen!
despite his hatred towards cichlids, my jar does tolerate dats. my ntt does fine with him. and my jar doesn't even look at my bichir, so i guess they're fine too. ofcourse, pleco can swim infront of him all day long w/o getting a dirty look.
these pix are from before, the most recent pix are taken in March of this yr. he has grown about 2" since then, from about 15" to 17". he is a handsome fish for sure! intense red spots all over, shining scales, huge tail. the 4th pic is taken last yr. he was around 14" or so, i just wanted to show how shinin he is
he eats everything, i stopped feeding him feeder fish since he got to about 11". his diet consists mostly food sticks and krills. he'll snatch all the algae waffles if he can
. i feed him huge grass hoppers from time to time.
i want to find him a good home. for anyone who wants a superior dominant arowana in his/her fish tank, he is it. the tank mates i recommend are large dats, bichirs, and ofcousre, plecos. but u can forget about trying him w/cichlids
i'm located in SoCal, will resort to shipping as the last option. $200 is a well deserved price for him! pm me for more pix

only if i have a huge tank like that, and can give him some ownage tankmates
