Monster friendly housing?

Can anyone think of a apartment or cond complex in So Cal that would allow Monster fish?
I'd be willing to put down an extra security deposit if need be..

I have no where near the money.
Actually im not technically old enough to move out. Just trying to find a place that actually allows this stuff before I go out and get more big cats or something.
