Finally got the 246 gallon tank up and running.

Only took me 6 months due to business travel (finally over)!

The specs are:

Main Tank: Midwest Custom Acrylic Tank
96x27x22
1.5" drains
1" Returns

40 Gallon Sump
30 L of Seachem Matrix
2 L of Seachem Purigen

Reeflo Dart Pump
3600 GPH

TMC Pro Pond UV 110 watt sterilizer.

Microbe Lift Products used on the tank for fish health and Nitrogen cycle.

Stocking:
1 - Yamabuki Ogon Butterfly Koi - 18.5 inches
3- Sarasa Comets - 8-10 inches
1 - Common Pleco - 13 inches

That is one big goldfish.

Yeah, the Big one is a Ki Ogon Butterfly Koi that my wife bought for me last year on April 4th.

When we got her she was 4 inches long. Now just a little over a year later she is a little over 18 inches (including tail).

I feed them Dainichi Koi food - Growth Formula.

Water changes every 5 days.

Very nice setup. I love butterfly koi with their long flowly fins. Right now I just have a fancy goldfish tank. One day lol
