Thanks, guys. Yes, it died in transit. They packed it in a really good set up in a double-sized and tall box and the fish had no access to the bag itself. What is thought happened is that the box was tipped on its side during transit and the fish was able to poke a hole in the top of the bag. The bag was deflated when they opened the box. The shipper specializes in large fish. He was pretty upset when he was informed.
