I don't know if this has been posted before. It's the first time I've seen this photo. Enjoy! 280 lbs.

this ray is on lists sometimes so yes it has been kept.they get alot bigger than this picture too.like 700lbs
 
the one on rapps list says mekong river ray. thialand these rays can survive in salt water.
this one here on this post jeremy wade caught in argentina part of a species of potamotrygon that cannot survive in saltwater.fresh water only
 
I know of one... in a public aquarium with a tank big enough to have a covered walkway along the bottom. It was shown on river monsters

EDIT: oh wait, that was the thai giant whiptail stingray that is 500+ lbs. my bad
