Ok I am in the planning of designing a fish room where I will keep all my tanks in on one system. Although this fish room is gonna have one monster tank in it which will be a inwall visible from the other side of the wall of the fish room, which will be my finished basement and rec room.

I am thinking of something in the 350-400 gallon range. I am planning on having something with multiple fish like maybe a bunch of CA cichlids or peacock bass etc. I don't want to have a tank with only like two aggressive fish. I am having the tank custom built so I want to know a good set of dimensions. I want to know a good set of dimensions that would be great for viewing and for fish to have enough space to have territory and me not having a problem with my Trimac killing everyone in there because he wants the whole tank LOL

Plus one more thing, having a tank of this size.... would I have issues with water damage on the ceiling??? like mold??? or is this not big enough to cause that much moisture???

It depends on personal preference, as well as what fish you will have. I really like tanks that are deep in width and height. Depth gives you room to work with the scaping, and height gives a lot of room to view the fish. Of course with some fish a longer tank enable you to see them swim longer distances.

As to the moisture, if the top is sealed well, there won't be much evaporation, hence, little mold. The other option is to have a dehumidifier.
