Monster Tank Stocking

Get my 450 together and thinking of this fish list that I have narrowed down from a big list.

1x Texas 12"
5xOscar 14" Astronotus ocellatus
(2 x tigers, 2 x albino tigers, 1x red)
1x LM Bass 20"**
5x Peacock Bass 20"*Cichla *
1x Redtail Giant Gouramis - Osphronemus laticlavius 20"+

I like multi fish of the same type just wonder if you all had input and what size sump should I have for this 450 gallon tank?

Oh forgot I will be getting these fish in the 2-3" range to start off.
