Monsters _ Nile Perch (Lates niloticus) Grow out thread

Picked up my first Nile Perch on Saturday the 7th. He's only about 4" / and in juvenile pattern.

I'm new to this fish so any helpful information or advice from other keepers would be appreciated. And yes, I know these get huge
