The hybrid is a measured 6.75 and is now bigger than the leo. They are eating nightcrawlers un-cut. Camera not very good but the leo/hen is starting to darken up a bit.

To be honest if they breed thats cool but i just got a male/female for the sake of the rays

My feeding from the start was the blackworms. They were eating 1 1/2lb. every 2 weeks and thats because i made them last two weeks. Three weeks of that and i knew they were ready for bigger. So a bought some trout worms and they were eating 2 dozen a day for 3 days. So i stepped them up nightcrawlers and they have been eating 1 dozen of them a day plus two fork fulls of blackworms to keep them busy. I have no schedule just feed them all the time when im home. They will be on a steady diet of n.crawlers for awhile so since i just ordered a ton.

I started off with 2 50% waterchanges a week but now im up to 3 because of the worm poo
