Moonlight lighting

So i am looking for a good brand that will give my tank the moonlight effect but i have seen some and they are extremely dark blue and others I have seen too soft blue. Does anyone have any good suggestions for that medium colored blue to really make my tank pop. Money is an object so something affordable!

Harbor freight has some led lights that are 14.99. Put something clear and blue over the leds and you have moon lights for less than $20.
