Piranha I fear wouldn't finish the job, for example.
Bullshark would be the low-hanging fruit. Blofeld (and other James Bond baddies) did this already, and at least once, so a little too obvious & easy: no points there.
B. filamentosum maybe? Aba? 800 starving clown-loaches? One of the Kiwi or Aussie eels?

My clowns have given me tiny hickeys on the back of my hand & inside of wrist when I've got prawn or conch juice on me.
