Well Jason, you asked for more threads... :)

This is sort of a repost but with new photos.

These are from a Crocodile breeding co-op near San Blas, Mexico (between Mazatlan and P.V. on the Pacific Coast). They release the young into the surrounding rivers/estuaries. They also rehabilitate injured crocs, mostly ones that get run over by cars. Very cool place, it was worth the long drive from Puerto Vallarta.

Awesome close up pics. Those are definitely American Crocodiles. I wish I knew where my photos of the Belize Zoo are. They have a small breeding group of Morelet's Crocodiles. I got some pretty neat pics of them too.

I love the crocs in Mexico, they seem to be lazier than normal. Steve Irwin did a show on the crocs that live in the lagoon in Cancun, they didn't fight back, at all!!!! He said he was rather disappointed. I still wouldn't mess with them though.

First pic is great!!!!!

They've got tigers in Mexico, too. This one just isn't quite ready to take on any crocodiles... yet! :)

Sweet anymore?

Ask, and you shall receive.

I can only do three at a time. Stupid slow dial-up, dang expensive satellite internet...

The crocodile enclosures were large and sparkling clean.
There were tons of huge Tilapia in the river (people feed them).
Giant sliders (yellow-eared?) were also cruising around in the river.
