Pullups and dips are the mother of lats. Especially wide grip pull ups. I hate them. At nearly 300 lbs they are a b&%*#!!

One Arm Rows, T-Bar, Seated Cable Rows.

Everyone loves a good Lat Spread. But throw some neck work and Traps in the mix...And people will immediately look at you differently.

Neck work pays off immediately and Traps right behind it.
 
The way I work neck is at the end of my workout...I hop on the 4 way neck machine.

If I'm not sore then I get a few sets in and if I am a little tight or sore, I wait until the next day.

If you wear dress shirts...working neck becomes problematic...but you automatically gain respect with a bulging neck in a t-shirt.
