More team leaders on a same tank?

Hey guys I have noticed something really strange is it possible to have more than one alpha fish at the same tank end same time? I have seen the new team that I buy those days already was having a boss BUT the other rb that I was having already in the tank seems and act like alpha fish...
Those two fish has same characteristics like boss fish.
So my question is it possible to have 2 alphas?

If you add a new RBP to a established group yes it will break the pecking order and sometimes this can go bad.

No the think is that the a new group of 5 added to a tank with 1 rb and I think this 1 is the new alpha at the same time with the other from the group...
Is it possible?
my experience says no but if not why is acting like alpha even if this was his tank and has already kill his old tank mate how is it possible the other new groups alpha let him do all that?
