hi need some help. got a 2 ft morey eel had it about 3 month and i havent seen him eat yet.i've tryed to feed it most things but the pacu's that are in with it dont give any food a chance to hit bottom.the only other tank i got has got snakeheads in it.so i cant put it in there
any ideas ?

Welcome! I'll move your thread to the Saltwater section, you should get a better response there.

Sounds like you have a "freshwater moray". They really need brackish water, and will do better in saltwater as they grow older. At 2', yours is not a juvenile. You might want to set up another tank just for the eel and slowly aclimate it to saltwater. For food, maybe try pieces of shrimp or krill on a feeding stick right in front of the eel.

completely agree.

do they eat other fish ,i've noticed a couple of my bala sharks have gone missing they were about 4 inches:duh:

I have a Marine Moray living with Groupers. I have encountered the same problem as you, the Groupers eat all the food. So what I do now is, I feed the Moray with long tongues to ensure it gets its fair share.
